This Privacy Policy explains how Neby AI (the “Service”), operated by OF Finance (“Our Family Finance”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service at ai.of-finance.io. Neby AI is an AI assistant focused on the OF Finance earnings model. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

  • Account information. Accounts are created for you through our provisioning system. Each account has a generated username and password. We do not require an email address to use the Service; if one is provided by the partner that requested your account, we store it to help with support.
  • Conversations. The messages you send and the assistant’s replies are stored so your chat history is available to you across sessions.
  • Attachments. Files you upload to a conversation (images, PDFs, and text/data files) are stored on private storage and are accessible only to your account.
  • Usage data. We record metering information (such as token usage and the resulting cost against your account budget) to enforce account limits and validity periods.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address, timestamps, and request metadata) are processed for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
  • To generate AI responses to your messages and attachments.
  • To enforce account budgets, usage limits, and the account validity period.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud, prompt-injection attempts, and other security threats.
  • To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations to show you advertising.

4. AI processing and third parties

To generate responses, the content of your messages and any attachments is sent to our AI model provider, Google (Gemini API), which processes it on our behalf as a sub-processor. When web search is enabled for your account, parts of your query may also be used to perform a web search to ground the answer.

We send only what is needed to produce a reply. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent practices of these providers; their handling of data sent through their APIs is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information) in your conversations.

5. Data retention

Provisioned accounts have a limited lifetime (currently 30 days). When an account expires or is deleted, the account and its associated conversations, attachments, and usage records are removed as part of our routine purge process. We may retain limited records where required for security or to comply with legal obligations.

6. How we protect your data

  • Traffic is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text.
  • Uploaded files are kept on private storage and served only to their owner.
  • The AI provider key and system configuration are kept server-side and never exposed to your browser.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at issues@of-finance.io. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us so we can remove the account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
